Pinned server keyThe apps won't accept a forged certificate, even one issued by a certificate authority.
Server-side encryptionAES-256, every chat has its own key, keys are stored separately from the data.
Encrypted database on the phoneThe local copy of your chats is encrypted with a key from the system keystore.
Account PINWithout the PIN you can't sign in on a new device, even if you know the verification code.
Sign-in notificationsEvery new sign-in triggers a notification, and an unfamiliar session can be terminated.
