1. Subject of the consent
1.1.
By registering with the Telenoda messenger, and with respect to contacts by allowing access to them, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the administration of the Telenoda service (the “Operator”) specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
1.2.
The consent is given separately from the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in accordance with Part 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
2. List of data
2.1.
Phone number.
2.2.
Name, username, photo, bio and other profile information that I provide.
2.3.
Hashes of phone numbers from my address book and the list of found contacts, if I allow access to contacts.
2.4.
Technical data: IP address and the country and city determined from it, device model and operating system, app version, session and device identifiers, notification tokens.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1.
Registration and provision of the Telenoda service.
3.2.
Finding my friends among Telenoda users.
3.3.
Sending notifications.
3.4.
Ensuring the security of my account.
4. Actions and methods
4.1.
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
4.2.
Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation.
4.3.
Transfer is permitted to the persons to whom the Operator entrusts processing, listed in the Privacy Policy, to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.
5. Term and withdrawal
5.1.
The consent is valid until the account is deleted or until it is withdrawn. Consent to the processing of contacts is valid as long as access to contacts is allowed in the device settings and the synced contacts have not been deleted.
5.2.
Consent can be withdrawn in the support chat in the app. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within no more than 30 days from the date the withdrawal is received, unless otherwise provided by law.
5.3.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing on other legal grounds, including processing necessary to perform the Terms of Service and comply with the law.
